Tea-Coffee shops

I have long believed that people who think of starting a small business should think of tea/coffee-houses and chocolateries or ice-creameries instead of restaurants and kiryana/general-stores.
Coffee shops are much simpler to start and maintain, and add much more value to culture (as also stated in Javed Ch's column).
